Setting the default accessibility of notes

These instructions show how to set the default accessibility of your notes.

Go the the "Notes" tab.

  1. Click [Authorisation]

You will now enter the "Authorisation notes - Configuration" screen.

  1. Here you set your default authorisation
  2. Click [Save]. The changes made will be saved.

The "Limited accessible and accessible notes" tab

Use this window to set access for staff members to your notes with 'Limited access'.

  1. Use the blue "Plus" to add a staff member or use "Select group" to select a group of supervisors by means of a number of selection filters.
  2. Use the blue "Plus" to add an employee group.
  3. Use the blue "Plus" to add a role for the selected employees.
  4. Click [Save]  to save the changes you have made.

The "Accessible notes" tab

This tab works in the same manner as the "Limited accessible and accessible notes" tab in the previous step.
