Setting the default accessibility of notes
These instructions show how to set the default accessibility of your notes.
Go the the "Notes" tab.
- Click [Authorisation]
You will now enter the "Authorisation notes - Configuration" screen.

The "Limited accessible and accessible notes" tab
Use this window to set access for staff members to your notes with 'Limited access'.
- Use the blue "Plus" to add a staff member or use "Select group" to select a group of supervisors by means of a number of selection filters.
- Use the blue "Plus" to add an employee group.
- Use the blue "Plus" to add a role for the selected employees.
- Click [Save] to save the changes you have made.

This tab works in the same manner as the "Limited accessible and accessible notes" tab in the previous step.
