Register results by reading in file
These instructions show you how to register results by file. If the grades are obtained abroad and therefore need to be registered in Osiris, the country must be filled in per student before you can register the results by file.
See attachment (Dutch and English) on how to convert output of Testvision to a document you can upload in Osiris.
Go to Grade
- Click on Grade
Select the test
- Enter the criteria of the test
- Click on [Search]
- Select the course for which you want to enter the results
Make the file
- Choose [Create file] under [Actions]. A file with all students that are registered for the test will be opened.
Enter the results in the file
- Choose [Enable editing] to be able to fill in the file.
- Enter the test date and grade and save the file as an Excel workbook. You can choose the name of the file yourself. After that, close the file.
Reading in the file
- Click on Actions => [Read file].
Select the file
- Click on [Browse] and select the file. You do not have to enter the test date, because it is already in your file.
- [Read file]. All results will be entered and saved.
- If the results are final you can [Sign] them. If you need to change them later, do not sign and leave the page.
Digital signing
- Enter your BUas password
- [Sign].
