How can I see and archive my notes?
Go to the homepage
Click on the homepage on the icon for Notes
How to view my notes?
In this screen you can see all your notes along with the writer and the first part of the note. If you click on the note, you will see all the information and also any attachments.
How to archive my notes
When you have opened and viewed a note and you want to archive this note, click on the icon in the top right corner of the notes screen. The note has now been moved to the archive and can still be found there.
All unread notes are also shown on the homepage. Only when you have opened them in the "Notes" menu, they will no longer show on the homepage from the next day.
