Click on [+], to create a new Learning Agreement

Check dates and institution, when correct click on arrow to continue

1. Choose the main language of instruction
2. Choose the right level of language competence
3. On the right side of the screen you see a summary of your actions, if you made a mistake or want to change something you can click on edit
4. Once you have added language and level, you can continue by clicking on the arrow

Choose the right exchange period / year you will be going on exchange. Please select one option and continue by clicking on the arrow

Not seeing any options can be possible as a consequence of different reasons, please contact the academy. You can continue and save the information already filled out (without submitting), so that you can edit the LA later

Adding components

Click on add component. Fill out the information of the subjects that you are going to follow at partner institution. The partner will inform you where you can find this. Click on [Add]

Click [add component] (adding up to a minimum of 30 credits) until you have added all subjects, adding up to the right amount of credits. When complete you can continue by clicking on the arrow

Here you can enter the contact details of the person you are in contact with at the partner institution who is also going to sign your learning agreement. If you are unsure who this is please reach out to the partner

Make sure to check everything before you submit your learning agreement

To see if you submitted your learning agreement you can go back to the first screen and your will see submitted
