How to download a PDF Learning Agreement for Exchange
After your Academic Coordinator has approved your learning agreement in Osiris your are able to download a pdf of your learning agreement.
For Non-EU destinations: once your learning agreement has been signed by your Academic Coordinator, a pdf of the learning agreement will automatically generated.
Please follow the steps below to download a pdf of your learning agreement.
For EU destinations: a pdf of the Learning Agreement will not be generated automatically. Please contact the exchange office ([email protected]), who can create the PDF for you. Once it has been generated, you will be able to download it via Osiris. Please follow the steps below.
Go to Osiris Student > Home > Profile
Click on the blue, circular profile icon on the top-right corner of your screen
Click on the [my details] button
A menu on the left side of your screen appears
Click on [documents]
Select the document (Learning Agreement) you would like to download
To download the document, click on the blue circular arrow icon on the top-right corner of your screen.
Send pdf learning agreement to partner university
Once you have downloaded your learning agreement from Osiris you can send the pdf via email to the partner university.
