If the initially submitted LA is approved by home and partner institution, it will change into "First version" status "Final". If necessary you can change it, click [PROPOSE CHANGES]

Click on the "Continue" arrow until you arrive at the part where changes need to be made. Most often this will be in the "Study programme at the receiving institution".

If you are extending your mobility period and only need to add courses go to the following step

1. Click the box of the course you will not be taking any more to delete it
2. Select the reason why you will not be following this course any more
3. If it is another reason, please explain why you need to change this.
4. Use the [SAVE] button

1. Click on the button [ADD COMPONENT]
2. Select the reason for adding the component, if you choose "Other reason "fill out the mandatory field"
3. Fill out the requested information
4. Click  [ADD]

Repeat these steps if necessary until you have the right amount of credits.

Once you have made all changes necessary, please use the arrow to continue.
Until everything is complete and you reach the "Check information" page where you can [SAVE] and [SUBMIT].

Make sure you save the changes you made and when everything is correct submit your changes so the academic coordinator at BUas and the contact person at the partner university can assess the changes you have made. Once submitted you can not change the Learning Agreement anymore until it is approved by both parties or rejected by either of them.

You can follow the status of your submitted new Learning Agreement here and you will receive an e-mail if it the status changes (approved or rejected by BUas and/or partner). The 'first version' will stay available.
