After logging in to Osiris you can search for a student. Here you can find the manual on how to search for a student.

After selecting a student the screen above will appear.

This screen shows the general information about the student. If you scroll down you will find the following details:
Personal details, Contact details, Degree programme, Prior educations, Additional information fields, and the group to which the student belongs.

Furthermore, you can also see the enrolment status in this screen. The following status codes exist:
Code 0 = Non active, enrolment
Code 2 = Non active, last year completed the enrolment
Code 3 = Non active, re-enrolment in progress
Code 4 = Active, fulfilled all the requirements
Code 7 = Non active, re-enrolment in progress

In the Supervision tab you can find the supervisors/coach of the student.
And you can also see which facilities the student has been granted.

In this screen you can see all the notes and action points relating to the student. Check the following manual about how to create a note.

In this screen you get an overview of all tests the student has registered for. If you would like to see the student's past registrations you can enable "Show history" .

Here you can find all the grades of the student.

Tip: If you select the chart icon, you get a pop-up message presenting the statistics.

In this screen you will find:

1. The exam programme (study phase) the student is connected to (propaedeutic phase or bachelor’s main phase, for instance).  
2. The study progress of the student
3. Here you print 2 types of overviews: the study progress overview & the student versus cohort overview.  
4. Here you can check the student's progress per period.

Via reports you can go to the screen above.
