Make a Passport Photo list

These instructions show you how to make a passport photo list

Click on "Student"

Ga naar student
  1. Click on Student

Select your students

  1. First select  'Find a student (OSIRIS)' in the drop down menu
  2. Fill in the criteria which are needed for you. In this example we choose a specific student group. Then click on [search].
  3. Select the students for your overview to click on  "Make selection" => Select all rows' or select the students individually to select them.

Choose the action you will take:

  1. Select: List of passport photos
    The export file shows:  
    - Photo, if uploaded by student
    - Id code
    - Surname, name of student
    - study programme of the student
    - Date of export of the list of passport photos
