1. Go to Menu 2301 ("werkvooraad") and click on ENTER

2. Open the Master process "MASTERS: Applicants all Master programmes 2021" by clicking on the "+"

3. Click on the "+" of "Assessment / selection academy" and select "Academy - ready for assessment"

4. At the right side of your screen the applicants are shown who are ready for the academy to be assessed.

5. Select the applicant you wish to assess by clicking on the black arrow

1.  Once the assessor has assessed the essay, you are to fill out the following items:

- Name assessor essay:
- Mark essay
- Notification TDM (if applicable)

If the application documents are sufficient for inviting the applicant for the intake interview(s), go to 3.

2. In case an applicant is rejected based only on the application documents submitted, and you do not wish to invite him/her for an intake interview, click on
"Rejected based on file" and click on SAVE. By doing this, you have rejected the application and a rejection e-mail has been sent to the applicant. You are done now with assessing the applicant.

3. For inviting the applicant for the first interview, fill out the following items (in this order):
- The date of the intake interview
- Time of the intake interview

4. Choose for the intake interview you wish to invite the applicant for (Skype or on Location) and click on SAVE

The applicant has now received an invitation by e-mail for the intake interview. You can find the text under "Mededelingen"

5. Once the first interview has taken place, you can (if applicable) invite the applicant for a second interview. Fill out the following items (in this order):
- The date of the second intake interview:
- Time of the second intake interview:

6. Choose for the intake interview you wish to invite the applicant for (Skype or on location) and click on SAVE.

The applicant has now received an invitation by e-mail for the second intake interview. You can again find the text under "Mededelingen"

1. Select for "Rejected based on file".

2. Click on "SAVE"

Explanation red arrows:
By rejection the application, the applicant has received an e-mail about the rejection. Furthermore, the status has changed automatically in "ACA: Not admitted" and the "Besluit" has been changed in "Declined". By doing this, the Studielink enrollment has been withdrawn automatically as well.

Note: The status for the second intake interview is changed in "2nd intake interview completed", even though this interview has not taken place at all. Herewith this will be closed and will not remain the status "Ready for assessment - second interview".

1. Choose for "ACA: Admitted to programme"

2. Click on SAVE

Explanation red arrows: by doing this, several actions have taken place automatically:
- the status of the second intake interview has been changed in "2nd intake interview completed"
- the status of "Accept place" has been changed in "Not responded to offer yet" (meaning: the applicant has received the offer)
- the applicant has received two e-mails:
1. Admission e-mail
2. E-mail with the request to respond to the offer (accept / reject) in My online application
- The "Besluit" has changed into "Admitted" or "Conditionally admitted" (depending if application still need to submit diploma/English test results)
