During the application and admission process, the applicant receives several automatically sent e-mail messages. In case an e-mail message is sent by the academy, the e-mail signature of the person who takes the action in the system is shown in the e-mail. That's why it is important to set your e-mail signature in the system. You only need to do this once.

1. Click in the right upper corner (green bar) on your name > Personal configurations

2. Click on "Messages"

3. Here you can enter your e-mail signature. Be aware that, in case you work for multiple academies or programmes, this signature should apply for all options.

Situation: international applicants are first assessed by Student Office. Only applicants who (conditionally) meet the educational requirements (and applicants aged 21+), will be invited to complete the academy's assessment in Moodle.

1. Go to menu 2301 ("werkvoorraad") and click on ENTER

2. Open the process "Int ME, CMGT, HM: International bachelor applicants CMGT, ME and HM 2122"

3. Click on the "+" of "Assessment / selection academy" and select "ME and CMGT: Link for online assessment sent - not yet completed"

4. All ADE applicants are shown in this overview. If you only wish to see the ME applicants to be shown with this status, enter ME% in the 5th column and ENTER

Situation: the applicant finished the Moodle assessment and is to be invited for the selection interview by the academy. The invitation itself is not done via My online application. You will only need to change the status - so that the applicant can see this in the Progress overview and the back office can identify applicants who have been invited.

1. Go the applicant (via the "werkvoorraadbak" or via menu 2.1)

2. Change the status into: "ME: invited for interview".

4. Click on OPSLAAN (Save)

1. Change the status into "Selected for programme" or "Waiting list".

2. Click on Opslaan (Save)

Explanation red arrows:
- Mededelingen: An e-mail about the status will be sent to the applicant automatically (admission OR information about the waiting list). In case of selection, the request has been sent to the applicant to accept the offer as well.
- In case of selection, the status of "Besluit" will automatically change into "Conditionally approved" or "Approved" (depending if diploma / English test results are still to be uploaded by applicant)

1. Select the "Reason for rejection to this programme".

2. Change the status into "ME and HM: Not selected"

3. Click on "Opslaan" (Save)

Explanation red arrows: by processing the above steps, the following actions will be done automatically:
- Mededelingen: an e-mail has been sent to the applicant about this decision, including the reason of rejection indicated.
- The mail Status will change into "Cancelled" and Besluit into "Declined". Furthermore, the Studielink application will be declined.
