INT Selection: How should the ADE academy process the ME applicants in Osiris Aanmeld?
Purpose: Processing the ME applicants by the academy ADE in the Osiris Application module
For whom: Academy staff ADE
Go to: menu 2301 and to find out which applicants have been invited for the assessment
Situation: international applicants are first assessed by Student office. Only applicants who (conditionally) meet the educational requirements, will be invited to complete the academy's assessment (and applicants aged 21+).
1. Go to Menu 2301 ("werkvoorraad") and click on ENTER
2. Open the process "Int ME, CMGT, HM: International bachelor applicants CMGT, ME and HM 2122"
3. Click on the "+" of "Assessment / selection academy" and select "ME and CMGT: Link for online assessment sent - not yet completed"
4. All ADE applicants are shown in this overview. If you only wish the ME applicants to be shown with this status, enter ME% in the 5th column and click on ENTER
How should the outcome of the assessment be processed by the academy?
Situation: based on the assessment (Moodle), the academy has decided to invite the applicants for the interview.
1. Go to the file of the applicant, via the "werkvoorraad" or via menu "2.1, find a student"
2. Fill out the following items: Date, Time of the intake interview and the name of the employee who will do the interview.
3. Choose for the type of interview you wish to invite the applicant for (tip: check the preference of the applicants, to be found under "Preference interview applicant ME". Choose for one of the following:
- ME: SKYPE invitation intake interview
- ME: ON LOCATION invitation intake interview
4. Click on Opslaan (Save)
By changing the status of the status of the selection, e-mail(s) will automatically be sent to the applicant. You can check these e-mails under "Mededelingen". In this case, an invitation has been sent to the applicant for the interview, including the data provided by you in the system.
How should the outcome of the assessment / interview be processed by the academy?
Situation: based on the assessment / interview, the academy has decided to admit the applicant, not to admit the applicant or to place the applicant on the waiting list.
1. Go to the file of the applicant, via the "werkvoorraad" or via menu "2.1, find a student"
2. Choose for the status "Waiting list", "Selected for programme" or "Not selected".
Click on "Opslaan" (Save)
By changing the status of the status of the selection, email(s) will automatically be sent to the applicant. You can check these e-mail(s) under "Mededelingen". In case of admission, the applicants will be asked to accept the offer within 14 working days. Furthermore, the "hoofdstatus" and "hoofdbesluit" will change automatically. In case of rejection, this means that the Studielink enrolment will automatically be withdrawn.
