Application procedure for exchange
This is a step by step guide on how to complete your exchange application via Osiris. If you have any trouble please send an email to [email protected] before the deadline and we will do our best to help you out.
Please note that we do not accept incomplete or late applications.
Go to Osiris and click on the [world globe] button on the left side of your screen.
On the next page, please click the blue circular button [+] located at the bottom right corner to create a Stay Abroad request.
Then click on your current degree programme.
Click on the Stay Abroad request you would like to apply for. On the right side of your screen you will see an overview of your Stay Abroad request.
A new Stay Abroad request will be opened. Please click the blue circular button [+] located at the bottom right corner of your screen to continue.
The start and end date will be automatically be filled after choosing the semester. Please do not change these data. You can reflect the exact dates of your exchange period in your application documents. In the next screen you'll have the possibility to give your top 3 of partner universities
1. fill out the country
2. Fill out the city
3. Fill out the institution
4. Click on the [add destination] button and repeat these 4 steps until you have the choices of your preference.
5. Once you have all your choices mentioned, you can continue by clicking on the arrow button on the bottom right corner of on your screen
The first two choices are mandatory. However, if you only have one destination, please add the following as your second choice: 'The Netherlands, Breda - first choice only'.
In the next step you can fill out your application details
Once you have filled out all the application details, please click on the [next] button to continue.
The disclaimer will be opened
Read the disclaimer carefully. By clicking on the blue circular button you agree to the mentioned terms and conditions.
The last step of the exchange application is to submit your request
It is very important to check your answers. On the right side of you screen you'll see the summary of your application. If every is correct, please hit the [submit] button.
Your exchange application has been submitted
The status of your Study Abroad request is now marked as 'submitted'. You will receive a confirmation by email about your application.
