How to apply in Osiris for Erasmus+ scholarship for placement?
You need to start your scholarship application for placement at least one month before the start date in Osiris! You do not have to wait until you have your signed placement contract. Please apply a.s.a.p. to avoid missing out on the application deadline.
Go to your Osiris and click on the [world globe] on the left side of the screen.
Click in the next page on the blue circle [+] - on the right bottom of your screen - to open a scholarships application.
Click on your current study programme.
Click on the stay abroad request you would like to apply for. In this case, it is “Erasmus application Placement”
In the following page that opens, please fill out the start and end date of your placement abroad and click on the blue circular [arrow] button to go to the next page.
In the following page please fill out the destination details of your placement (Germany please select: Federal Republic of Germany) and click on the blue circular [arrow] button to continue.
In the next page that opens, please answer all questions and click on the [next] button.
The information unfolds about the disclaimers. Please read it carefully, tick the boxes and click on the blue circular [arrow] button on the right bottom of the screen.
Please do not forget to hit the [submit] button.
Your Erasmus+ application for placement has now been submitted and appeared in your stay abroad request overview with the status ‘in progress’.
You will receive an email from the Scholarships team if you are eligible for a scholarship.
